If they wanted to obtain their visa upon their arrival to Cairo, they have to apply for it from the visa department at the Travel Documents, Immigration and Nationality Administration (TDINA) at Mogamma building located at Tahrir squire in Cairo city center. 1- If you stay longer than 30 days, you may extend your visa by visiting the office of the Ministry of the Interior (in Cairo these are located in the Mugamma in Tahrir Square).
2- If you are a woman you can get citizenship from your husband but if you are a man then you will have to get a visa every 3 to 6 months.
3- Sure, you will have the same rights.
4- No matter your reason for entering the country, you must have a tourist visa to enter Egypt. You can easily attain one at an entry level into the country, as long as you have a valid passport, but it should be valid for at least the next six months.
