All the cancellation requests should be sent through fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that confirms your reservation should be canceled. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

| Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date | 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. |
| Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date | 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. |
Plus, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights all around Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subjected to the fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights all around Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to the fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
You can get back to us if you decided to postpone your tour to another date if neither of your booking procedures was taken from our side. Then we can postpone your tour as you wish. After reaching an agreement with us of postponing your tour and then you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, then our cancellation policy will be applicable.
We don’t usually require a down payment in overland tours and you can pay the total amount of your tour directly to your tour guide, and there are many methods of payment you can use. You can pay in cash in USD, GBP, Euro, EGP, CAD, and AUD with an updated exchange rate and you can also pay using your Credit Card with an extra 3% as bank fees.
We require 25% of the total cost of your tour as a deposit by your Credit Card or through the Western Union account or through a wire bank and you will transfer the remaining amount on the same day of your tour. {You can pay via any of the mentioned methods above}.

Our travel agency offers many methods that you can easily follow to send part of the agreed price and the rest should be paid upon your arrival through the means which we mentioned above. We offer PayPal transactions, Bank transfers, Western Union, and sending via your Credit Card, and all of these methods are highly secured and protected and your personal information can’t be shared for any reason with anyone else.
When it comes to refunding the deposit which we received, we use the same method that our customer used in sending his down payment.
When it comes to booking your flight tickets, if there is no availability except on the business class, there will be an extra supplement applied to your tour cost, and this is also applied when you choose a business class.
Kindly we would like to inform you that tipping is not something obligatory at all and you are willing to give tops to anyone whom you think he really deserves based on the sort of services he offers you.

Doing the down payment through a bank transfer, western Union, or through any of the mentioned methods means that you have read & accepted all of our terms and conditions regarding our payment, refunding, and cancellation policy and you totally accept to abide by them as the contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the clients booking subject shall constitute the entire agreement between the client and the company.
In normal cases, we usually accommodate 2 persons in a double room with twin beds or in a room with a single occupant for an additional supplementary rate. We always choose the best hotels to accommodate our guests and surely you have the chance to choose the most convenient hotel for you, and after that, we will check the availability and give you the best rate. Kindly note that all of our published prices are based on some costs prevailing at the printing time and they are all subject to alterations.
