It is going to be our pleasure in this section to show you our main responsibilities in the field of tourism to allow you to see the whole picture regarding our work and how we are fully dedicated to present the best possible services.

Our Economic Responsibility

We operate all of our tours through the best local tour guides, drivers, and staff who are fully experienced in the field of tourism and totally aware of our guests’ needs to have a perfect vacation in Egypt.
All Hotels, Nile Cruises, cafés, and restaurants that are used while operating our tours are locally owned.
We always encourage our staff to keep developing themselves to reach the highest levels and to take different courses to improve their language, emotional, and intelligent skills.
The majority of our packages do include tours to the local markets, souks, and shops.
We encourage our clients to buy handmade staff during their tours in the different Egyptian destinations including perfume, accessories, papyrus, etc.

Our Environmental Responsibility

We make sure that we leave any site in the same state in which we found
Our drivers, tour guides, and representatives aren’t allowed to smoke during their work hours.
We do confirm the eco-system and we make sure to keep working with ecological hotels in the coastal cities of Egypt.
Our A.C vehicles are equipped with trash pin in addition to the best exhaust systems to keep our environment clean.
Our divers and snorkels make sure to emphasize the importance of preserving the coral reefs in Egypt and ask all travelers not to damage any of them to keep the health of the Red Sea ecosystem.
We keep encouraging our drivers to reduce the noise pollution as possible as they can and to respect people around them by not using the car horns except in emergencies.
We are always ready and open to hear any suggestions from our dear guests regarding improving our services towards the environment.

Our Social Responsibility

We try our best to be very clear with our guests before their arrival and tell them all of what they need to hear regarding the Egyptian customs, religion, and traditions so that they prepare themselves with proper clothes.
We are experienced with arranging the best well-organized tours for handicapped people to allow all people to enjoy their vacations in Egypt without letting their disabilities prevent them.
We hire only those who are experienced locals who are well-trained to deal with any issues related to the field of tourism.
We are proud to state that we do make donations to some charities.
