Getting to El Alamein City, you will be guided to visit Commonwealth War Cemetery; it's a haunting site which consists of a large number of graves which were the resting place of the Australian, Italian and German soldiers died in El Alamein Battle during the World War II in October 1942. Then you will head to El Alamein War Museum; it's the ideal place to know the detailed events of World War II. The museum is a glorious exhibition of guns, tanks, and military equipment used in the war. My friend & I have just returned from a fab week in Hurghada. We wanted to book a day trip to Luxor at £94, but ended up booking a the overnight trip to Luxor as it was only £10 more! The trip exceeded our expections because of the fascinating temples, the overnight stay on the Nile & our fabulous & very knowledgeable tour guide (Mahmoud A-B).
