Day 1

Fly From Sharm to Luxor - Visit Karnak & Luxor Temples

Our "Trips in Egypt" representative will transfer you from your hotel in Sharm to the airport for a direct flight to Luxor where you will meet your personal tour guide to start your Nile cruise tour by visiting the east bank attractions:

Karnak Temple served as the most recognizable religious site dated back to 2055 BC and it was mainly constructed as a cult temple for the worship of the gods Amun, Khonsu, and Mut. In addition to its religious purpose, the Karnak Temple Complex was a treasury and a palace for the New Kingdom rulers.

Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are two Colossal sculptures made of quartzite sandstone, sitting at the entrance of the mortuary temple of King Amenhotep III.

The Unfinished Obelisk is the greatest of Egypt's monoliths and the largest ever built by man but never finished. It was made from red granite and it stands 140 feet in height.
