Giza Pyramids are listed among some of the greatest archaeological monuments in the world in which the ruling period of the 4th dynasty witnessed the construction of these three jewels.
At Giza Necropolis, The Pyramid of Cheops the Great Pyramid appears to be the most significant pyramid of the three pyramids due to its vast height. Its erection lasted for around 20 years and it stands 147 meters high as a result, it believes to be the tallest man-made building in the world for more than 3500 years. At some point in time, it was covered in white alabaster which gave a majestic sight back in the day but this alabaster was taken off to create many castles across Cairo.
This constantly recognizable statue is the trademark of the Giza Pyramids Complex; it was created upon the request of King Chephren Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC) during the 4th dynasty. The Great Sphinx was believed to be the most truthful more solid of the Giza Pyramids and other monumental features at the Complex. It carries his face on the colossal body of a lion to provide protection to this holy land.
The Valley Temple is a magnificent marvel made of pink granite and a part with Tura limestone to offer immortality to all the royal members of the 4th dynasty. It was the main center of the purification and mummification of the kings and queens which is known as the Opening of the Mouth Ceremony.
The Grand Egyptian Museum is a marvelous wonder which was completely finished in 2023 to be one of the greatest attractions located across the miraculous city of Cairo.
