Keeping watch, next to the Great Pyramid, is the Sphinx, which is a giant statue with a lion's body and a human head. The Great Sphinx was built around 2500 BC. Pharaoh Khafre made the Sphinx to guard his pyramid tomb and maybe even act as a super-strong sun god. The hot desert wind and sand have blown on the Sphinx for a long time, but it is still a great reminder of how powerful and mysterious ancient Egypt was.

The Valley Temple was built around 2550 BC by Pharaoh Khafre, the same pharaoh who built the Sphinx and the second-largest Pyramid in Egypt. Over time, Saqqara became a cemetery with tombs and temples, a super special place for ancient Egyptians to connect with the afterlife.

Memphis City is an ancient city in Egypt that thrived for thousands of years (around 3100 BC). It was a major religious center, and people believed in the god Ptah, who created everything and watched over the city. Even though it's ruined today, Memphis is still a fascinating reminder of how ancient and spiritual Egypt truly is.

Visiting the Monastery of Saint Catherine will be a peaceful and amazing trip that will make you see the world in a whole new way.

Al-Muizz Street is a street that is so historic; it's like an outdoor museum. Al-Muizz li-Din Allah Street was built in 969 AD. It's a walk-through Islamic history packed with amazing buildings from different times. Think beautiful mosques with towering minarets, schools called madrasas and even ancient palaces beside each other. You can grab a coffee at a famous cafe, witness amazing art, or explore ancient tombs. If you are in Cairo and want to feel the spirit of the past, Al-Muizz Street is a must-see.
