Just got back from an AMAZING time in Egypt with Trips in Egypt. We toured the major sites in Egypt such as the Pyramids, Sphinx, Abu Simbel temple, Karnak & Hatshepsut temple, and Valley of the kings that are on every bucket list. An Egyptologist is a must to appreciate the vast history that surrounds you. As amazing as the Pyramids are the highlight for us was Abu Simbel tour and tours with our personal Egyptologist and guide–Mostafa Bn Awed. The Karnak and Hatshepsut Temple and the Valley of the Kings and all temples dotting Upper Egypt is a must-see. Mostafa’s passion for his culture’s history showed in our every interaction. He was knowledgable and personable from the moment we met to the moment we said goodbye. Make sure we were always taken care off and got everywhere on time. We met as strangers and left as friends. He is a true example of Egyptian hospitality.
