The Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid of Giza has the power to pierce the skies and convey the historical heritage of this incredible civilization in the most enchanting manner. The Immortal tomb of Pharaoh Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC) was made in 2570 BC and designed by his vizier Hemon which was the tallest pyramid on earth at 138.5 meters (454.4 ft) for 3800 years.

The Sphinx

A giant sitting statue of a lion with the wise head and powerful body of Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC), Sphinx is a marvelous monument that is situated in front of the great pyramids to provide the ultimate protection. The Sphinx is famous for carrying between his paws the majestic Thutmose IV's dream Steele of which dates all the way to 1401 BC.

The Valley Temple

The Valley temple is where the mummification and purification process took place which was known as the Opening of the Mouth Ceremony. The Step Pyramid of Saqqara

The Mound of Shards is one of the seven wonders of the Middle Ages, the enchanting Catacombs of Alexandria is an underground marvel that came into existence between the 2nd century and the 4th century AD and contains a compilation of tombs, statues, and archaeological artifacts that represents the Pharaonic funeral cult mixed with Hellenistic and early Roman.

Pompey’s Pillar

Standing in Alexandria city near the ruins of the temple of Serapis, the extraordinary Pompey’s Pillar is an amazing Roman triumphal column that was made in honor of Augustus Diocletian between 298 and 302 AD. Across the pillar are a number of majestic carvings and inscriptions that sheds a number of incredible facts.

Citadel of Qaitbay

The citadel of Qaitbay is a defensive fortress made between 1477 AD to 1479 AD which is situated on the seacoast of the Mediterranean at the exact same spot as the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria. The citadel is preserved in excellent condition now filled with magical mamluk works of art and architecture.

Day 4

Fly to Aswan and Explore Best Landmarks in the City

On the fourth day, your breakfast will be served and you will check out from the Hotel in Cairo. Then you will be taken to the airport of Cairo to catch your flight heading to Aswan where you will meet the tour guide that will take you into a historical tour around the ancient City.

The High Dam of Aswan

Aswan High Dam was built across the Nile River in Aswan in the 60s. The Dam project was created to have better control over Nile flooding, increasing water storage for irrigation and generating hydroelectricity.

The Unfinished Obelisk

Built by the orders of Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to stand at the epic Karnak Temples Complex, the majestic Unfinished Obelisk is located at the old quarries of ancient Egypt in Aswan city. The obelisk project was abandoned after discovering a crack in the obelisk stone. The Obelisk is able to show the brilliance and methods used by the ancient Egyptian craftsmen. 

Philae Temple

The temple of Philae is a gigantic stone book made of wonder which is the last temple that was built in the classical Egyptian style between 380-362 BC. It was dedicated to The Goddess Isis of healing & motherhood and served as one of the least religious places where Isis was worshipped.

Day 5

Private Tour to Abu Simbel Temples by A/C Car

Early morning of day five, you will get your breakfast boxes. Then you will head to the old village of Abu Simbel by private vehicle where you will explore the enchanting temples of the village.

Abu Simbel Temples Complex

 Abu Simbel temples complex is one of the most magnificent archaeological marvels on the face of the earth which is found southwest of Aswan (about 240 km).  Pharaoh Rameses II (1279-1213 BC) ordered the carving of this celestial wonder which was constructed in 1264 BC to immortalize his unbelievable legacy as the embodiment of victory and glory. It was moved in the modern period in the 70s to be situated on the western bank of Lake Nasser. The large temple is able to show signs of the great battle of Kadesh which he won in 1274 BC that ended with the signing of the first documented peace treaty in history. The other temple was created for his most cherished wife the beloved of Hathor Queen Nefertari.

You will be transferred back to the Nile cruise overnight as we will sail to Kom Ombo.

Day 6

Witness the Magical Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples

After having your delicious breakfast on the sixth day you will visit the great temple:

Kom Ombo Temple

Built during the Ptolemaic dynasty between 237 BC and 57 BC, the extraordinary Kom Ombo temple is found across the bank of the Nile River feeding from its mythical waters which were dedicated to the Sobek (crocodile god), and Horus (falcon god). The temple has a unique design style as it was split into two symmetrical halves made to honor both of the gods. All the carvings across the two temples were able to convey the medical tools and the astronomical wealth of this amazing Hellenistic period.

After your tour at Kom Ombo, you will be back to your Nile cruise as lunch meal will be ready and we will sail to Edfu.

Edfu Temple

Edfu temple is a mythical gem made on holy lands that is able to display the greatest battle in the history of the world. It was constructed between 237 and 57 BC. It is a Ptolemaic temple that was dedicated to the Eagle god Horus the son of goddess Isis and god Osiris as he was avenging the death of his father.

At the end of the day, you will return to the Nile cruise overnight as we resume our sail to Luxor city.

Hatshepsut Temple

Hatshepsut temple is a beautiful marvel made of beauty and greatness which has immortalized and glorified the magnificent heritage of Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) where everyone can explore her unimaginable bliss and strength. The three floors of the temple are dedicated to Amun and are able to stand as a colossal model for the perfection of the classical architecture of the New Kingdom.

The Colossi of Memnon

Consists of two giant marvelous stone statues of King Amenhotep III (1391–1353 BC) and was constructed in 1350 BC  who ruled during the dynasty XVIII, the Colossi of Memnon are located on the west bank in the Theban Necropolis. Across the sides of the colossi are a number of great carvings and inscriptions that narrate his life's achievements and beliefs.

This legendary citadel is a medieval Islamic fortress that plays the role of a defensive position and the ruler's house for many decades and holds some of the most amazing collections of mosques, museums, and more.

Mohamed Ali Mosque

As a part of the Cairo citadel, the mosque of Mohamed Ali was designed on Turkish architecture between 1830 and 1848 AD giving it a remarkable shape and style. The great king Mohamed Ali was buried at the right side of the mosque's entrance.
