The Great Pyramid of Giza is the biggest Pyramid of the three Pyramids of Giza, it was built in 2570 BC. This huge structure is a colossal structure that was made of millions of limestone blocks that weigh about 2.5 tons. The Pyramid of Khufu is one of the Seven Wonders of The World because it has 2,300,000 limestone pieces that form one of the most enormous pyramids in the world.

The Mysterious Sphinx

The Giza plateau includes the Great Sphinx which is one of the most amazing sights in Giza. The Sphinx is a huge limestone statue that was sculpted more than 4,500 years ago next to the Great Pyramid of Giza, Egypt. The Sphinx is 73 meters long and 20 meters high and can be spotted from a long distance. The sphinx is a creature that combines different animals and has had different meanings in Egyptian history.

After enjoying your day tour in Giza and Cairo, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport to catch your flight to Luxor. Upon your arrival, we will drive you to our hotel in Luxor to check in for an overnight stay.

Karnak Temple

Karnak Temple is a huge temple complex that worshiped the god Amun-Re in Thebes from 1550 to 1070 BC, and it is still one of the biggest religious sites in the world. The Valley of the Kings

The Valley of the Kings is an old cemetery for some of the strongest pharaohs of Egypt and where the explorer Howard Carter uncovered the grave of King Tutankhamun. The Valley of the Kings is the place of secrets, and mummies, the rulers of the new kingdom 1500 BC chose this site as their final destination after they died and that's how the Valley of the Kings came to be.

Hatshepsut Temple

The Temple of Hatshepsut is a special building that was made to remember and honor Queen Hatshepsut (1507 BC - 1458 BC) who was one of the few female pharaohs of ancient Egypt. The temple is also wonderful because it shows how skillful the Egyptian builders were as they made the temple with three levels of terraces that fit with the natural landscape and the cliffs behind it in the 15th century BC.

The Colossi of Memnon

Not only are the Colossi of Memnon well-known for their artistry but also their mysterious sound. As the legend goes, every day at sunrise, one of the statues would make a loud groan or hiss, as if saluting the morning sun. Some thought that this was the voice of Memnon who was the offspring of the goddess Eos while others considered it a signal of heavenly blessing.

Edfu Temple

The Ptolemaic kings built Edfu Temple between 237 BC and 57 BC during the Graeco-Roman Period in the sacred soil of the city of Aswan on the western shore of the Nile River. The beautiful temple of Edfu demonstrates the epic war between the sky god “Horus” with his uncle “Set” the god of the desert. The Nubian Village Aswan is a colorful place in southern Egypt where the ancient Nubian culture and traditions are still alive. The Nubian people are one of the oldest civilizations in the world as they migrated from Sudan to Egypt around 6000 BC and settled near the Nile River. You will enjoy visiting, its friendly locals, cuisine, spices, handicrafts, and crocodiles which are considered a symbol of blessings in Nubian culture.

The Temple of Philae

The Ptolemaic dynasty constructed the Temple of Philae which honored the goddess Isis, Osiris, and Horus. The temple has great significance as it was the final location where the ancient Egyptian faith persisted until 550AD after Christianity arrived. The legend says that the brother of Osiris “Set” murdered him and then scattered the parts of Osiris' body throughout Egypt. Isis gathered her husband's body and revived him.

The High Dam of Aswan

The Aswan High Dam opened the door for Egypt to join the industrial age and control the floods of The Nile River. The High Dam of Aswan is one of the most important Egyptian accomplishments of the past century as it protected Egypt from flooding and supplied it with water and electricity.

Aswan Market is a unique shopping place in Aswan, it is a paradise for shoppers from all over the world where you can see fruits, spices, vegetables, and handicrafts. You can buy leather, textiles, Nubian clothing and accessories, books and music. You can also smell the Karkade and many other colorful and fragrant spices and herbs. You can drink tea, or smoke Shisha while listening to the Nubian music or Om Kolthoum.

Dinner Time

After that, you will be transferred to our Nile Cruise to have your dinner, and overnight on board.

The Church of the Virgin Mary is the most well-known attraction in Coptic Cairo.
