There is also a small temple that has carved stone slabs praising the sun god Ra and it is located between the front legs of the Sphinx.
The Valley Temple of Giza belonged to the burial site of King Khafre (2558–2532 BC) who was the builder of the Second-largest pyramid of Giza and the incredible Sphinx. The temple was the place of mummification for the king's eternal life and his family and a witness to his might.

Saqqara Step Pyramid was constructed as the primary tomb in the ancient capital of Memphis and is considered the world's earliest monumental stone structure, and the oldest large stone building,, “the Step Pyramid of Zoser” the king of the 3rd Dynasty during the Old Kingdom. You can also visit this site for other monuments such as smaller pyramids and temples that belong to pharaohs such as “Kagemni, Ti, Mereruka, Idut, and Ankhmahor”.
Memphis City was the earliest capital of Egypt for much of the time when the pharaohs ruled. This ancient Capital was situated below the delta of the Nile River and close to the Giza plateau. The city came into existence around 3100 BC and was deserted around 641 BC after the establishment of Luxor and then Alexandria.

Al-Mu'allaka, or Hanging Church, is a famous and historic attraction in Old Cairo. It is one of the oldest Coptic churches still in existence, dating back to the 4th century AD, and has been restored many times over the years. The Hanging Church has many Coptic Orthodox churches and a museum.
The first mosque in Egypt and Africa is the Amr ibn al-As Mosque. It was built in 642 AD, on the same spot where Amr Ibn El-As's tent stood in Fustat. The mosque has four doors, two facing the north and two facing the residence of the ruler, Amr Ibn El-As. This mosque was a place where religious issues were settled by a court and where charity was given to the needy and the orphaned.

Khan El Khalili is a bustling market where you can find a wide array of items, including jewelry, souvenirs, and clothing (Western and Arab styles), metalwork, furniture, fanoosh, and much more. The souk is huge, and you can also enjoy the sound of music, bargaining, and the taste of traditional food and drinks.
You can see many historical landmarks from the Mamluk, Ayyubid, and Ottoman eras, such as mosques and palaces in Al-Muizz Street. The northern part of the street runs from Bab Al-Futuh to Azhar Street. You can see many shops, relics, artisans, and old buildings along the street that will transport you to the olden ages.

The walls and ceilings of the tombs and chambers were covered with images and signs of the dead's journey, and also of different deities. These paintings demonstrate a lot about the beliefs and rituals of the people who made them.

The Qaitbay Citadel was a very important defensive fortress in the Mediterranean region. Built in 1477, the Qaitbay Citadel was a key defensive fortress protecting Alexandria in the 15th century AD. The Citadel was built on the location of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, which is one of the Ancient World's Seven Wonders.
